No chance.

It is a Exchange Server I don't have any access to.

Could you please, if possible, give some hints about Outlook VBA. I
am used to Access VBA.

I don't understand what you are trying to do with CC and BCC.....in outlook
you can make a rule to move all sent items (doesn't matter whether you used
CC or BCC or none of those) to a folder...
