Outlook doesn't close

What shall I do next then? Just login with the user account and delete the
Junk mail folder?
Or do something else on the Exchange 2003 server?

Thanks for the quick answer.
No they don't have any unusual addins and no PDA installed.
Anyway I found out the problem is on the user profile, because when I log-in
with my account it works...

Duplicate appointments

Hello,
my company has exchange 2000 and outlook 2000 SP3 as e-mail client.
The problem that occurs is the duplication of calendar appointment when this
colleague sends meeting requests and attendees...
