I'm sorry, but I don't know what HDD stands for...I copied it to My Pictures
folder and I have no trouble viewing it there, also I don't understand why
..jpg files will open in OE and .gif will...

When I right click "Open With" doesn't appear, just "Open", which opens the
attachment then I click open and that's when I get the Message I showed in my
first post. I tried going to Control Panel...
