I know this was posted some time ago but I've been unable to find it and
searching on MS's web site hasn't helped. I find Office 2007 (I'm using the
trial version due to expire at the end of Feb)...

I would like to save my messages (folders) on a yearly basis and had hoped
that there would be an archiving setting to do what I wish to do but, unless

Phantom mail folder

I tried Outlook Connector but decided against using it. During the setup,

One of these may have been it. I tried the registry change but nothing
changed. I then removed a program called "hotbar" and that seems to have
cured the problem.
