By the way, the CDO download does NOT rectify the problem. Installing this
add-on does not correct the problem. And unfortunately, the installer does
not log any of this in the application or...

Sorry, but i have to admit that it is pretty lame for the Enterprise version
of Outlook2007 to be persistantly trying to configure Outlook at startup and
have the install crash due to this CDO 2711...
