Hi,

Thanks once again - all sorted now! I went to the Outlookcode link and
followed http://support.microsoft.com/kb/201089/EN-US/ and a simple macro
did the trick.

Phew! What a relief

Does anyone know if this is possible without code? Is there any kind of
add-on knocking around that would enable me to do this?

If code is my only option, do I need to open up the customised form...

the form. Now I need to be able to send it to my other profile - is there

Thank you for getting back to me.

The form was stored in a Personal Forms library and tno the Contact's
folder.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'create an Outlook profile'. Im not using...
