Outlook 2003 has started requesting Name and Password on exit.

I'm running a Dell I2500 under WinXP Home SP2.

Outlook 2003 has started popping up an "Enter Network Password" request when
exiting. I'm not sure what password it wants, so I just click "Cancel"...
