XP pro Outlook 07 crash

We recommend that you do not use this utility with 2007 Office system products.
Does this mean I should stay away, or just not use it on Office products.
Will it let me select only .net...

I disabled the AVG and that did nothing. I did download msvcr80.dll and put
it in the system32 folder which did nothing, however when I downloaded and
installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005...
