OE continually opens by itself
Hello
Second time I've had this problem. Every two or three minutes OE opens,
occasionally in the background, occasionally over top of an open window. As
a result I leave it open and minimized....

I've installed this patch, as well as the REG file generously provided by
Freudi, and all seems to be working well. I especially like the patch's
functions to copy the OE folders to the Recycle Bin...

That worked - little scary hitting delete in the Registry. Any idea what I
may have done to neccessitate this, or should I wait to see if David picks
this up? I enjoy OEQB as it is so user...
