Emails replies attaching to name

For some reason now when I get an email from someone it attaches to their
name in a tree like structure. How can I just have it go to the top of the
emails.....Thanks Bob

Starting Word Stalls on New Mail

My email editor Word is stalling when I try to send, forward or reply to an
email, Do I have to re install and if I do will I lose my emails and

Actually I notice now when I check my emails and post here its taking about
30 sec for anything to happen , It used to refresh straight away now I am

Slow connecting to server

Don't know what I have done but it seems for ever to check my emails now,
before I click send/receive and in a flash the box would start downloading
now I have to wait about 30sec, Any Idea

All of a sudden now when I click send/receive I am getting a logon and
password box, with my name and password already in it, but still cant get
emails, but can get newsgroups
