name found only in Personal Contacts with Public Contacts open. It does not

Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003

Before creating a public contacts folder when clicking on "Open a Shared
Calendar" in Calendar the resulting dialog offered a choice of Users. Now
the same click only...

I realize that almost 9 months have passed since this original post, but my
issue is a similar environment with a traveling professional who transfers
his PST from his SOHO home...
