Outlook Express won't check for new messages, getting this error!

IE 6.0.2800.1106IC and Outlook Express same except for the last 6
entries. I redid all the moves above and, in fact, it is working worse
than before, now I have to click on Send and Receive twice...

HI, no the dialup does not disconnect. It won't read the messages that
are sent to the inbox. As soon as I click on Send and Receive it works
fine. Must be something to do with the locking on to...
