Frank...I'm only a volunteer MOD there, so am fully aware of the havoc
McAfee has caused some people.
This particular event is supposed to happen, otherwise Spamkiller might as
well be uninstalled...

Perhaps, but in this case McAfee's VirusScan does not do that, only
Spamkiller.

He talks about his email server changing to 127.0.0.1...this is normal for
Spamkiller as it acts as local host to filter emails for Spam.
I should know I'm a MOD at McAfee Help.

This is caused by the Spamkiller application. If you don't want it to happen
then you would have to uninstall Spamkiller.

I cant receive messages from one sender only
Check with your ISP if they have blocked her webmail client...maybe they've
been heavily spammed by that server.

smtp.
