scrolling sound

Scrolling with mouse or right hand slider in IE 7 makes a sound on some web
pages and not on others..sound is a squeaky type.

When I attach photos to OE the addressees say they do not receive the
pictures.
When I send them to myself I do receive the pictures.

I cannot print email from outlook express.
The message...an error has occurred in the script on this page...do you
still want to run it?

I say yes and still no printing.

I cannot email from within IE 7 because "the mail client is improperly
installed".
I use Outlook Express.
