Thanks for the reply.
I am not using roaming profiles, but I do have "my documents"
redirection turn on via SBS. Not sure if that would apply.

I will post this question on the win term group as...

Background:
SBS 2003 environment, one Win2k3 server running Term Srvs in
application mode.
Unable to open Outlook 2003 client while in term srv session. Receive
