Thanks for your help. I see what you are saying but let me ask this:

When I change the SMTP server on the old account to be the SMTP server for
my new ISP, you say to leave the password the same....

I cannot open links embedded in emails when using outlook express 6. I do not
receive any error messages at all when clicking on them. I click on them and
nothing. I don't have any trouble opening...
