I am planning to copy the .pst file from my desktop to my laptop to ensure I
can work away from my desk.

The laptop accesses the internet using a mobile bradband dongle and uses
slightly diferent...

Thanks for that. I cross checked the "safe" list with the "blocked" kist and
found some domains in both.

I've removed most of them from the "safe" list so will monitor the
situation.

I have put some domains in the Junk E-mail Filter and find that I'm still
getting mail from those domains.

Is this an indication that:

1. The Microsoft Junk E-mail Filter is crap?

Yes, until I realised that items are deleted from the pst file and transfer
to the archive file!

That's why I'd like to have an archive covering a longer period - say a
year.

I use Outlook 2007 and it creates an archive every 7 days which I rename
using the format archivexxxxxx.pst where xxxxxx is the date the archive was
created.

I am now wanting to combine a number...
