I've wasted enough of your and my time on this. I will uninstall Office and
reinstall in IMO etc. Is there a list of files I should save before
uninstall other than pst and iaf?

I just did that and I still don't see the names from my Contacts when using
the To: for e-mail.
In services it shows Outlook Address Book and Personal Folders. Is that
