User just called me - and said that she just had another crash. Same symptoms
- same error codes. This time, she was in her sent items, searching for a
message.

I setup a batch file on her desktop so she can open Outlook with that switch
- she's not reported a problem thus far today (30 minutes into the day of
course). Should she always open her Outlook...

She states that she attempts to click out of one of her open calendars to
another calendar, or back to her inbox when the application hangs and/or
closes. I've tried to get this error to occur...
