Outlook Express Says I Have Mail Part 2??

Ok, is there any way to disaple this? I have a certain email address
that gets automatically deleted thanks to the rules, but it beeps and
the little tray envelope appears.
Am I missing something?

Outlook Express Says I Have Mail?

I hear the sound, the email icon in the tray comes up, but there's
nothing in my inbox. I don't understand whats going on. Using XP with
OE6.
