It pops up a little box that reads "Outlook Express was unable to send
receipt. then the error message reads "Your server has unexpectedly
terminated the connection. Possible causes for this...

I can not receive, send, delete, or save anything from my mailbox. I use Cox
as my ISP so I called Tech Support there and they said the error it is
reading is associated with Outlook 2002 running 2...
