Reply function doesn't work
After typing a reply to a message and clicking "Reply," the message just sits
in my Outbox. Any ideas?

Rejected Password on POP3 Account.
No I'm not in a corporate environment. I'd never heard of Exchange until I
read the article I mentioned.

re-entered all of the info, entered a new password, shut down OE, and started
it up again, but I keep getting the same...
