The second suggestion you gave did the trick, and I really appreciate it.
The first suggestion didn't seem to do anything. It had the following
instructions:
Go to Start | Run...

Sometimes I find an e-mail hyperlink in some text or webpage that I would
like to send mail to. But for some reason when I click on the external link
my system freezes while it creates 50 or more...
