Incoming messages fail to clear server

Dear Bruce, I followed your instructions without a hitch and Outlook Express
now works correctly. Thank you for your prompt answer to solve this

Incoming messages fail to clear server

After deleting incoming messages they reappear the next time I click on
send/receive. I do not have the box checked to "Leave a copy of the message
on server" in the Advanced tab settings. Any help...

After cleaning out the stationery I found the font size to work every time.

I can change the font size in the formatting toolbar but when I type the
first letter it reverts to size 12. I've tried formatting the font size and
most things I can think of to no avail. Is there...
