This would need to happen on each download. I really like Hotmail and have
had it for years. I've been using the bulk mail folders to screen out all
emails from anyone that is not in my address...

It turns out that I did need to keep the stop processing more rules. I ended
up creating two Inboxes as sub-folders to Local Inbox. I called them Inbox1
and Inbox2. I set up rules for each of...
