clicking www links problem

If I click a hyperlink starting with www. in Outlook on my PC (using Vista
SP1, IE8) it normally (not always) opens a new window in IE8 and my (Alt+M)
home page, and not the page link I clicked...

With what are you backing up the data file?

I'm simply using the import / export facility and saving everything I can
into a PST file.

Using Office 2003 with Vista SP1

I backup all my Outlook folders in one "pst" file most months and call them
"outlook-03-09" for March backup and so on each month.
