How to Make the "Look For:" Box Appear in Outlook 2003 All the Time?

Hello:

My Look For box doesn't stay open all the time. Whenever I close
Outlook and log back it I have to do the Cntrl+E to get it to appear.

Forgot my PST File Password - HELP PLEASE?

I have Outlook 2003 and I put the password on my PST file, but now I
