When ever I forward a document in Outlook 2003 it wants to open
Winword and from the time I click forward to the time I can type
something in, it takes approx 20 seconds before I can type...

yes I can. I downloaded the office 2003 trial and that version of
outlook does print pictures so I went ahead and ordered the student
version of 2003. So hopefully that'll fix the problem.
