I have Japanese XP OS and when I used the English regional settings
everything in Outlook Express from the Icons to the Drop Down Menus show up
with ????? is there a fix for this?

Hello friends

I have Outloos Express on my PC and on my Tablet PC.

Sames address, same settings.

I am not getting all my emails on the PC, but I'm getting them all on the
tablet.

Any advice?
