Free Usenet Servers

I am using Outlook Express 6 for my Newsgroups.

Recently Times Warner (Roadrunner) has discontinued to provide Usenet
service.

Are there any free (not just free trials) NG servers?

Thanks

Open DBX files?

Have you ever tried opening a .dbx file in Documents and Settings? It will
just tell you that "Windows can not open this file".

There must be a better way.
