I've done what you recommended (see below). It works!

Now for a final question. When I send/receive the mail to the new POP3
Hotmail accounts in OE6, it downloads the WHOLE...

We've gotten MS emails saying that on Sep 1 Outlook Express must be
reconfigured for POP3 only in order to get Hotmail web mail. I've done this
already and it works. HOWEVER, I have 2 Hotmail web...
