I followed your advise. Outlook is sending the emails (new ones - not
replies) with the new account address, BUT they are being recieved as coming
from the old account. Clearly then a reply to them...

address is not linked or part of my account. It is independantly set up with
the provider.

It's the same provider - and uses the same last name as the original email,
but it has a different begining as it's for a different family member.
