I am having the same problem.
Outlook 2003 w/ XPPro sp3.
Installed OLBU module but it is not showing in the file drop down menu.

Any more ideas?

I have installed the Outlook pst backup module, but it is not showing in the
file drop down menu.
I tried a re-install; it says it needs to remove the current version, does
so, then installs. It...
