add the outlook address book from there?

are you using the system running off a exchange server?

Group Schedules

Can i create a group schedule to allow me to book out meeting rooms in
outlook 2002 running on an exchange 2003 mail server. I know you can do
it with outlook 2003 can it be done in 2002?
