I am not sure what the default setup is, but if a mailbox is shared,
in this case, the PA has access to the directors mailbox so e-mails
which can be dealt with by the PA, as well as them being...

Alright, found the answer. The reason (for this lady at least) was that
the first name on the contact list was incorrect, this would apply to a
special character being the first one, such as * or...
