We have an Exchnage 2003 server with Outlook 2003 clients.

A pair of users have had their 'Other Contacts' disappear and I can't figure

Is there a way to limit a distribution list so that:

Only authorized users (groups) can see it and / or Only authorized users
(groups) can use it.

When attempting to pick contacts from a global contact list, two contacts
are listed per person, email and fax.
