Sorry....didn't mention that.

She is also Comcast customer. Coverage is the same area as mine. All
settings are identical.

I can receive mail, but cannot send mail. Have uninstalled all McAfee
antivirus and firewall. Have updated OE to the latest version. Not an
ISP problem. I can set up the email account on another...
