No, I'm reading it right... I tried Detect/Repair and that didn't work, and
I tried to uninstall and reinstall, that didn't work... nothing is working...
honestly, it tells me to upgrade to...

I suddenly can not open Outlook at ALL! I get an error message saying
outlook has to close... when I click the link on the error message it tells
me to solve the problem I need to upgrade to...
