PS, now do you add a new profile in Outlook 2000.
Your advice to another user points at the control panel and the mail icon,
but the option for profile is not visible as the icon selection generates...

The Outlook version is Outlook 2000 within Office 2000.
No, no other folder hangs, and all else functions.

I have a fully functioning MS Outlook installation except when I open my
calendar the egg timer appears and the calendar does not open.
I have checked the system date time and location, the IE...
