Disappearing read mesaages
Milly,
Before I started the text I noticed that in Outlook I had set a filter so
that is why they were disappearing. I must have hit send in error.

Why is the Company field blank?

I have found a solution.....search options ....instant search
pane.....select "only the currently selected folder"
Why this should have fixed it I do not know.

Why is the Company field blank?
In Outlook 2007 and in All Contact Items window. I then do a search for a
contact name or a company name. The results do appear but the column
"Company" does not have any content despite this...

reading selected incoming mail as HTML
I noramlly read all incoming mail as text but would like to select HTML for
mail received from specific senders, e.g. Newspapers. Can this be done in
Outlook 2007?

Making a calendar appointment

This does not work for me as it is still trying to send an email to the
contact. I just want to be able to enter this contact as a meeting in the
