Why are times of e-mails in my inbox off by 3 hours?

I just installed outlook and the e-mails that are in my inbox are off by
exactly three hours. Sent messages are accurate. Weird.

When I open outlook express I can see the headers only but cannot see any
message. the wierd thing is that any message with html will sho an
attachment which I can open by clicking the paper clip...

I am having the same issue. Have double checked Default Browser settings.

Both Vista & Outlook 07 here too.

my outlook express freezes

when I click on create a new message my outlook express freezes and I have to
reboot to make it work. Any suggestions on how to fix this.
