ICS import and unicode - solution
OK, I found the solution.
The UTF-8 format is good and it works but not with Notepad! Notepad probably
ads some characters that do not conform the ICS format.
The file generated by the program is...

I have OL2003 hebrew with english language pack and menus in english.
I sync my calendar with Pocket PC and the hebrew date appears as a free all

Reminders stopped reminding
No. There are no outside push mail clients. Only Outlook on desktops and
some Laptops with VPN connection. No OWA either.

We have Exchange 2003 with OL2003 clients for everybody.
Everybody works in direct mode except those who have laptops and connect
from home, on the laptop they have cached mode.

moving pst files from 1 drive to another
As far as I know when you move a PST File the rules don't break. They break
when the Folder in the file moves.
I happen to do that quite often for our users and never had a problem with...

Problems after reinstalling outlook
I reinstalled Office 2003 on a new computer and transfered the PST file from
the old computer.
Reinstalled also ActiveSync 3.7 (I wanted first to have the same version as
the old one and syncronize...
