Outlook 2003 / Exchange 2003 - how to find proof of meetingrequests sent?

Hi,

Yes, I am aware of the offer to send updates to the meeting, but is
there any evidence of the original meeting request being sent out that
can be retrieved? This is what I really need.

Hi,

The mail profile is correct. We run a locked down Citrix system. Also,
often the user gets the problem even when she just replies to a
message she has received.

Any ideas?
