How can I forward an inside email to a outside email such as hotmail?

We are not using rpc over http. We are using the local lan.

Outlook 2003 is slow when adding an attachment.

Using Outlook 2003 with WinxpSP2.
When our user wants to attach a attachment to a new email
that he has created, it takes about 8 seconds for him to open
up a folder to get to the file that he wants...
