can't uninstall 2007 Trial to install Office 2007

Office 2007 Trial has been corrupted on one of our computers and it will not
uninstall. Any suggestions on how to remove a corrupted application?
Windows XP SP2.

As best I can tell, the XP SP2 critical updates sometimes cause problems for
Outlook 2007. I repair Outlook 2007, and then it runs fine until the next
