FORMS TAB GONE???

I'll try to be as specific and brief as possible:

Outlook 2003 SP3, running slow so I backed-up all contacts and custom forms,
uninstalled, reinstalled.

All my contacts are OK but the FORMS Tab...

Flag Follow Up Reminders

I don't have Biz C Manager, but in regular Outlook 2003 a "Reminders Window"
does pop up at the specified date and time.

Yes, all forms are custom, but nothing changed on the first page so I still
see Follow-up Flags. Does this kill duplicate checking anyway?
