and copy the file to new computer

yes you can share a calander withing intra net by upgrading to outlook 2007
its not actual sharing but it allows you to send your calander in outlook
2007 no need of exchange server there

seems to be file association is missing
try to click on attachment and it will give you option to save.save
attachment to desktop and then right click on the attachment...

you can create a common pst file on c drive in a folder and make it the
default mail delivery loctaion on both users.But thats not recommended as
there is 100% fear of crashing your outlook pst...
