I found my ISP and checked the email....now awaiting messages to be
downloaded...It showed all 20, and on Outlook it showed all 20 messages,
however it shows that it is still downloading the 20th...

I did turn off the email scanner, just as you said. I don't think the
message is corrupt because , lets say I have 20 messages, the 20th will not
download until I get 21 messages. then I will see...

Where do I go to delete the pop3dbx? Do I go to search, files, then delete?
