Viewing Calendar Entries as a List

You need to change the view to all appointments. Look on the View menu.

Print Outlook Calendar with an Excel form on back of same shee

Start at outlookcode.com - it can run from either outlook or excel,
whichever you are in the most.

Print Outlook Calendar with an Excel form on back of same sheet

there is an excel calendar addin called wincalendar that might help you -
there is also a word template but you might be better off writing a macro to
print the calendar and excel sheet to a pdf...

Sent messages should go to the local Sent folder in Outlook - if they are

new mail desktop alert for custom folder

The rule would be for incoming mail moved to that folder - and it needs to
be a client side rule if you use Exchange server. (Adding the alert rule
will force it to client side).

Removing Weeks at the left in calendar

tools, options, calendar options - deselect show week numbers. However, the
week numbers will be replaced with week dates (May 16 -22 etc).

Why is date repeated in brackets in Outlook 2007 Calendar?

Do you have a second calendar index enabled? look in tools, options,
calendar options.

Outlook rule or add-in to check for messages not received

How about a rule that throws up a window when the message arrives, so you
are more likely to notice it... you could also use a recurring task or
appointment near the end of the day to remind you...
