As already mentioned, you can only have one Sent Items, Outbox and Drafts
but can manually apply a rule to the Sent Items to separate them. That rule

hyperlinks thru the yENC file and a 700 meg one at that.

Loosing Newsgroups when swithcing identities

You've got a problem with that one Identity.

Create a new one, set up the accounts in it and import all the email to it.
The switch to it, set up the newsgroups. Once done, delete the old problem...

When it makes that one big file, you don't have a choice on the preview as
it will do that. On a large file, whew, your stuck.

I'd suggest looking into Forte's Free Agent, it can handle binaries...

Check HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{USER_ID}\Software\Outlook
Express\5.0\Don't Show Dialogs and see if ASK SUBSCRIBE is set to 0 or 7

automatically sets up the email for Bellsouth.

Remove the old PeoplePC account in:

Tools | Accounts | Mail
